GTA 6 Hosting FAQ

Your complete guide to hosting and running a GTA 6 server with us.

Getting Started

Less than 60 seconds. Instant access to your control panel, direct IP, and one-click installers for the popular mod suites upon checkout. You will be connected before you receive your first login confirmation email.
Nope. Everything goes through the web control panel - file manager, console, mod installer, backup manager, database admin, resource profiler. SSH can be enabled if you want it, but it isn't necessary for anything.
Choose the region closest to where most of your players are located. Miami and NY are best for US East Coast RP. LA and Dallas best suit US Central/West. London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt are best for European players. Tokyo and Singapore are best for Asia-Pacific players. You may transfer your server for free at any time.
Absolutely. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on each plan. Deploy it and try it out with your team. If it doesn't fit your needs, ask for a full refund from the panel.

Performance & Hardware

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X CPUs, DDR5 RAM, and NVMe storage. Empire tier runs on bare-metal dedicated servers - no virtualization, no noisy neighbors. Networking is 10 Gbps on enterprise-class transit with direct peering to the largest eyeball networks.
Default server tick rate is 60 Hz on all plans. Higher tick rates can be configured (up to 128 Hz) on custom builds for communities who require sub-frame input registration (mostly competitive racing and PvP).
Attack traffic and floods are absorbed by our edge network at the POP level. Legitimate traffic is provided its own dedicated bandwidth - we do not throttle during peak times. If a worldwide event (Leonida launch, major community event) causes 3x traffic to your server, we automatically scale your CPU and RAM headroom.

Mods & Customization

Yes. Every plan allows unlimited mod installations, as well as one-click installers for the top 50 mods and the ability to manually upload mods through SFTP or the built-in web file manager. Scripting can be done in Lua, JS, and C#.
Sure. Upload your escrowed resources via the panel, link them to your license keys, and we do the license validation on our server. No key file gets exposed to players.
Yes. Clone your live server to a staging box with one click. Test out new mods/scripts and balance changes with your QA team before going live. Promote staging to live with one click - or roll back with one click if need be.

Security & Backups

Always-on L3/L4 mitigation applied globally to all plans. Syndicate and above add WAF rules to help defend against application-layer attacks, credential stuffing, and scraping. Cartel and Empire customers receive enterprise-tier dedicated scrubbing with guaranteed packet-floor SLAs.
Crew customers have access to 1 complimentary backup every day. Syndicate customers enjoy 4 daily backups. Cartel customers receive hourly backups. Empire customers get real-time snapshots. No matter which tier you have, all backups are stored offsite for 30 days and can be restored with one click.
Yes, restores are granular. Choose a backup, browse the snapshot and restore files, folders or database tables as needed. No need to nuke everything and start over.

Billing & Support

Annual billing will save you 20% over monthly. Servers older than 6 months receive a 15% loyalty discount. Customers with 3 or more servers (instances) are eligible for fleet pricing upon request.
Support via email/chat: Crew - 30-minute response time, Syndicate - 15 minutes, Cartel - 5 minutes. Empire - you'll get an instant response. Phone support is available for Cartel and Empire packages as well (and it's a live engineer talking to you, not someone reading off a script).
Yes. The migration team will transfer your server files, database, and configuration from your current host to one of ours. This typically occurs overnight. Complimentary on Cartel and Empire servers. Flat rate on Syndicate servers.
