Unplanned downtime of your server, excluding scheduled maintenance (we announce 72 hours ahead). Network outages count. Hardware failures count. A mod you wrote that crashes your server does not count. That is a you problem, not an us problem. Full terms on our terms of service.

Automatic. Our monitoring detects SLA breaches and credits your account at the start of the next billing cycle. No ticket, no form. Credit shows up as a line item on your invoice with the incident ID and downtime duration. Hardware and network details on the performance page.
