Reading our status page

Green = nominal. Yellow = degraded (high latency, some problems). Red = outage. Drill down into a region/service to see current latency, packet loss, and history of incidents. Get alerted via email, Discord webhook, or SMS. The full dashboard can be found at status.

What counts as an SLA breach

Unexpected downtime of your server. This does not include scheduled maintenance (which we announce 72 hours in advance). Includes network outages. Includes hardware failure outages. Does not include a mod you wrote that causes your server to crash. That's on you, not us. Full terms are in our terms of service.

How credits actually get applied

Automatic. Our system monitors for SLA violations and automatically applies credits to your account at the start of the next billing cycle. There is no ticket or form required. The credit will appear on your invoice as a line item with the incident number and total downtime. Hardware/network information can be found on the performance page.

What uptime SLA do you offer?

99.95% uptime is standard on every plan, and 99.99% on Enterprise and custom builds. The SLA is calculated monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 72 hours in advance.

How do I know if you are meeting the SLA?

A real status page at /status shows uptime and incident history for every region. The uptime numbers come from the same monitoring that triggers our auto-credits.

Do I have to claim SLA credits or are they automatic?

Automatic - we detect breaches and apply the credit to your account on your next invoice. There are no tickets or forms to submit. You will see the incident ID and downtime duration on the credit line item.

What is scheduled maintenance, and how is it announced?

Scheduled maintenance periods for kernel patches, network upgrades, infrastructure changes, etc. We announce them 72 hours in advance through email and Discord webhook. Normally held during your known lowest-traffic period. Does not count against your SLA.

Do you publish post-mortems after incidents?

Yes. All P1 incidents receive a post-mortem within 48 hours. What occurred, why it happened, contributing factors, what we have done to prevent it from happening again. Posted on the status page and linked from the incident record.

Does Enterprise get failover to a second region?

Yes. Enterprise tier has offsite replication every 15 mins. If the primary goes down, we fail over from the latest snapshot to another region in under 90 seconds. Players will reconnect to the same DNS name.
