Terms of Service

Welcome to GTA6Hosting.net. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GTA6Hosting.net ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

GTA6Hosting.net offers hosting services for GTA 6 multiplayer, roleplay, and modded servers. We are in no way affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. GTA 6 and all related marks are property of their respective owners.

2. Acceptable use

You shall not use the Service to host unlawful content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, malware, or content that violates the Terms of Service of a third party. We reserve the right to suspend servers that violate these terms.

3. Payment and refunds

Monthly plans are billed upfront each month. Cancel anytime through your dashboard. Your service will continue to run through the paid period. New subscribers only: 30-day money-back guarantee.

4. Uptime SLA

We target 99.95% uptime (99.99% on Empire and custom plans), not including scheduled maintenance announced 72 hours in advance. SLA credits are automatically applied when this level is not met.

5. Data and backups

Backups are done automatically and retained for 30 days. You own all of the data you upload. Backups can be exported at any time from within the control panel.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We will not be liable for any lost revenue, lost data (except as covered in our SLA), or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

Termination by either party may be made with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for acceptable-use violations or non-payment after notice.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Your continued use after the notice period shall constitute acceptance.
