Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GTA6Hosting.net ("the Service"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

GTA6Hosting.net provides hosting infrastructure for GTA 6 multiplayer, roleplay, and modded servers. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any subsidiary. GTA 6 and related marks are property of their respective owners.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to host content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property, distributes malware, or violates third-party terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend servers that violate these terms.

3. Payment and refunds

Monthly plans bill in advance. You may cancel anytime from the dashboard - your service continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.

4. Uptime SLA

We target 99.95% uptime (99.99% on Empire and custom plans), excluding scheduled maintenance announced 72 hours in advance. SLA credits are automatically issued for breaches.

5. Data and backups

We maintain automatic backups with 30-day retention. You retain ownership of all data you upload. You may export backups at any time from the control panel.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data (beyond our SLA obligations), or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for acceptable-use violations or non-payment after notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
