We only collect the information we need to provide the Service. Here’s a brief overview of what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Data we collect

• Account data: email/name, billing address, payment method (stored by our payment processor rather than by us).
• Server data: IP assignments, resource usage metrics, number of connections - used to run and bill the service.
• Support data: tickets, chat logs, call recordings (with consent) - kept for support history.
• Web analytics: bare-bones traffic analysis on our marketing website. No tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking.

What we don't do

• We won't sell your data to third parties.
• We don't inspect your server files or player data unless you ask for support or we are forced by law to do so.
• We won't use your data to train AI models.

Retention

Account and billing information will be kept while your account is active and afterwards for 7 years for tax purposes. Support tickets will be kept for 2 years. Server backups will be kept according to your plan (up to 30 days after cancellation).

Your rights
