• Server data: IP allocations, resource usage metrics, connection counts - used to operate and bill the service.
• Support data: tickets, chat logs, and phone recordings (with consent) - retained for support history.
• Web analytics: basic traffic analytics on our marketing site. No tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not inspect your server files or player data unless you request support or we receive a legal demand.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

Retention

Account and billing data retained while your account is active plus 7 years for tax compliance. Support tickets retained for 2 years. Server backups retained per your plan (up to 30 days after cancellation).

Your rights
